We can install a monitor in your home/business to view your cameras or we can connect it to your television or PC.
The most popular way to view your CCTV is using your smart phone and connecting to the HIKVISION app (this is available for free on android and IOS devices and does not require any membership or subscription)
This also means that you can view your cameras remotely from anywhere in the world – this is great if you go on holiday!
*HIKVISION app only works when you have an internet connection or good 4G coverage.
Within reason, Yes. We usually offer a 7 day period post installation for you decide if the set-up is working for you. Providing you do not require any extra cabling work we will always offer this service at no extra charge. Once the 7 day period has ended, any alterations will be chargeable.

All of our staff are also HIKVISION certified installers and we are fully insured to undertake all aspects of work as mentioned above.

No contracts here! We offer servicing and maintenance packages whenever you feel you need one!
We do recommend every 6-12 months (this is often the requirement for most business insurance policies) but there is no need to be tied into a contract.
We can offer a reminder service if you would like us to give you a call when you are due.
We currently operate Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We are a small, family run business so unfortunately we do not have the capacity to work outside of our operating hours. We will always prioritise jobs based on urgency and will endeavour to diagnose and fix any issues over the phone where possible.
This depends on the job but even if they do – they will clean up after themselves! (Please see our customer reviews for proof!) All staff also have shoe covers to wear indoors.
